1.  Service Overview
  - Scope of Service: We provide nationwide door-to-door motorcycle transport services across South Africa. 
 
  - Service Availability: Bookings can be made every day except Sunday. Our transport services operate daily, including public holidays
 
2. Payment Terms
  - Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or credit card. 
 
  - Proof of Payment: A valid proof of payment must be provided before collection or delivery.
 
  - Full Payment: Payments must be paid in full before the scheduled pickup or delivery.
 
  - Payment Deadlines: Failure to make payment by the specified deadlines may result in delays or cancellation of services.
 
3. Vehicle Preparation
  - Condition of Motorcycle: Motorcycles must be in good working condition, able to start, roll, and steer without external assistance.
 
  - Loose Items: Remove all personal items, including panniers, seats, and accessories. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to these items. 
 
  - Fuel Levels: Please ensure that the fuel tank is no more than a quarter full to comply with safety regulations.
 
  - Keys: All keys must accompany the motorcycle at the time of pickup. 
 
4. Insurance and Liability
  - Goods in Transit (GIT) Insurance: We provide comprehensive GIT insurance for all motorcycles during transport, covering loss, theft, or damage. 
 
  - Exclusions: Insurance does not cover mechanical or electrical failures, damage to loose items, or pre-existing damages not documented at pickup.
 
  - Claims Process: Any damages must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence.
 
  - Liability Limitations: Ultimate Bike Transport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
 
  - Liability Limitations: Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms specified in the insurance policy.
 
5. Collection and Delivery
  - Scheduling: Collection and delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. 
 
  - Access Requirements: Ensure that the pickup and delivery locations are accessible to our transport vehicles.
 
  - Waiting Time: A waiting fee may apply if our team is delayed due to site access issues or if the motorcycle is not ready for collection. 
 
6. Cancellations and Changes
  - Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
 
  - Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
 
7. Communication
  - Contact Information: Please provide accurate contact details to facilitate smooth communication.
 
  - Updates: We will keep you informed of the status of your motorcycle during transit.
 
8. Governing Law
  - Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
 
  - Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
